This tidy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas provides accommodations for up to six guests with a queen and full sized bed in one bedroom and a king bed in the second bedroom.

The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. The living room has a "window wall" that opens up onto a covered, private balcony. This unit is also equipped with free wireless internet service, flat screen TV in the living room, and Spectrum Cable television service.

Guests have complete access to the Sea Sands Community swimming pool, Beach walkover, BBQ grills placed around the grounds, community laundry, and parking for vehicles and boats. Parking limits are for two standard sized vehicles and one "bay" boat. Extra large or offshore boats are not permitted.

Our in-town location means that you are just minutes from the beach, fishing, restaurants, shopping and Port Aransas nightlife. Or, you can just sit on your patio and relax to the sound of the surf.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Great place to stay.

Overall, the condo was great. I was expecting something a bit closer to the beach, but it was within walking distance--a few blocks to walk to the wood bridge to get to the beach. The only issue w/ the condo itself was a very squeaky living room fan. I contacted the owner once, but we did not connect. It was more annoying than a true problem. I would definitely recommend the place. It was great to have space to spread out and have all of the amenities of an apartment (laundry, kitchen, pool, etc...). - (Aug 2021 - VRBO)
