The living room area hosts a comfortable sofa that is able to convert into a double bed as well as an eating area that accommodates two and a flat screen tv. There is a hallway that divides the kitchen and living room from the bedroom and on one side of this there is a closet area with tons of storage space and on the other side there is a bathroom with a subway tiled stall shower. The sleeping area includes a king size bed and a mounted flat screen tv. There is also a workstation desk for your convenience even though we hate to see you have to work on your vacation!
What is most unique about this property is the amazing outdoor space which includes a large covered deck with dining table, patio furniture, as well as a fire pit for night time enjoyment.
Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location.
The bedroom and living room both have flat screen televisions with cable. Wifi is also provided.
Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.
A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Great for Quick Getaway
This is our 6th year staying in the Spanish Village. With just me and my husband (plus the dog) it is the perfect place for a laid back Port A getaway. Great little intown bungalow!
This property is in the little community called Spanish Village. It is in the middle of Old Town, which is close by anything you might need. Restaurants, shops, beach. You just need a golf cart to get to all of it. We brought our dogs and the yard was great. Outdoor shower was refreshing after a day at the beach. There was extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. This is not always the case. The bed was comfortable. - (Jun 2021)

We really loved the house, it has an amazing outdoor space with a fire pit, grill and lots of seating. The house is super cute and had everything we needed for the stay. Quick Trip
Booked this property for a quick getaway. It was the prefect size for me and the pugs. My mom and sister booked the property next door. We enjoyed the outside area and the fire pit. Great location, great yard, small home
Location is great for restaurants and short drive, walk to beach! Covered patio gives extra living space, shade all day and evening! Fenced yard is appreciated with pets or would be good with children. Small sitting garden if you want sun or to barbecue. Pleasant Surprise
