Summer Vacation

Wonderful Property and Privacy

Privacy fence surrounded the entire property. Great place to stay for two people (and small dogs of course). Minutes from the beach, supermarket. Right off the main strip. Very cozy accommodations. Fire pit, outside shower (indoor shower too) to rinse the sand off. The BBQ pit was a bit rusty so we didn't use it, but that would be the only issue I can think of. WiFi was strong and consistent. Cute property, great location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this little house! It was the perfect size for just the two of us, and the fenced backyard was great for our dog and outdoor grilling. The outdoor picnic table's umbrella provided some much-needed shade in the sun, and the shower out there was really handy after spending a day at the beach. 
 
Both the yard and interior were well cared for with nice landscaping outside and a modern, clean, and open interior. The little kitchen was the perfect size for meals for two. Couldn't have asked for a better location! Right in the heart of Port A with close proximity to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Despite being by the main road, the house itself was somewhat tucked away and quiet.

The property was very clean and welcoming. Great location, close to many beach access points and anything else you might need. The outdoor patio/yard area is beautiful, offers some nice privacy, and great space to relax. The outdoor shower was super clutch after a long day at the beach with the pups! Beach Cottage

We stayed with our 2 sons 12 and 9 and our two dogs. The cottage was lovely, well stocked, very clean and beautiful. The outside area is equipped with fire pit, chairs and picnic table. We appreciated the privacy fence , and enjoyed our time outside. The cottage was in walking distance of some good restaurants. We drove to rhe beach,, but you could walk. - (Jun 2021 - HomeAway)

This is our favorite spot in Port A- really close to the beach and great restaurants, but you get your own quiet space with private yard and outdoor shower (comes in really handy if you are bringing dogs)! We will definitely stay here again. - (May 2021)

Best House in Spanish Village

The house definitely exceeded the expectations we had based on the photos. It has been beautifully remodeled. Even one of the neighbors admitted it is the best house in Spanish Village. The place is dog friendly with a totally fenced in yard and we loved the courtyard. The place was noticeably clean when we arrived and was well stocked with the essentials. It was surprisingly quiet for being just off of the main street in the center of town; main street is far enough away and there is a school in the back of the house. Next time we stay on Port Aransas, we will check the availability of this house first. - (Sep 2020 - HomeAway)
