Welcome to the Shore Thing, your private Port Aransas retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Everything in this condo from flooring, walls, appliances, furniture-you name it.its new! Spend your vacation in a modern condo with all of the amenities you seek. Located at Sea Sands Condominiums, this property is only a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach and town. You can drive golf carts around town and to and from the condo. Guests at Shore Thing have use of the community swimming pool and can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the beach.

Inside you will find a well-appointed kitchen with range, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. There is a coffee bar with a Keurig and a regular Mr. Coffee maker. The living area has a convertible sofa that opens into a queen bed as well as two comfortable swivel chairs. The dining table seats 4 and there are two bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. A large flat screen smart TV is mounted for your viewing pleasure. This TV has Spectrum cable as well as smart apps you can login to with your account info. The main sleeping area has a king size bed with a comfy hybrid mattress as well as a 32 inch flat screen smart tv on the dresser. This TV has the Spectrum App where you can watch cable and also login to other apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon!

A plus with this condo is the large outdoor patio that looks onto a grassy area and the Coral Cay tennis courts. Enjoy some outside time in this private area and take in the morning sunrise. Located out here are community in ground BBQ grills for your grilling needs. The swimming pool is located by the Sea Sands office where you will also find a community laundry room.

Wifi service is also provided.

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

Our little getaway

This place was perfect for Me, my husband and two kids. Clean! They even had a big selection of coffee! Walk-in shower, which I love! The vibe (room) was good! Only thing is that the people Next-door had 2 loud dogs barking loud from 4pm - 9pm thank goodness the owner friends picked up those dogs. I thought there were no dogs allowed but maybe each condo has a private owner. So double check. Overall I would come back to this condo. - (Nov 2020 - HomeAway)

Really nice and comfortable!

The pictures were exactly what we got which is great! It was really clean and welcoming. It was truly fully stocked and all the appliances are updated and also very clean. It is definitely close enough to walk to the beach and even though they are condos we still had great privacy and didn't hear anyone at any time from the surrounding units. Perfect Rental close to the Beach

We stayed here with our family of four and it was perfect for a few days. Unit was new, clean, bright, and stocked with everything we needed. We found the short walk to the beach very doable even with young kids. There was a shower and faucet very close to the unit and we could easily hose off after the beach. There was a grassy area and tennis court right outside the back and the kids enjoyed playing with the soccer ball and playing catch a bit. One thing to note about the pull out couch - it is not like a standard pull out couch where you sleep vertically with both heads at the top of the bed. It is set up to sleep sideways, with one person sleeping protected by the frame of the couch, the other is sleeping with three sides open. Just something be to be aware of if you are traveling with smaller children like we were. There are enough chairs in the unit to set up a blockade and it worked out fine. The unit might feel small for a long stay but the location close to the beach was excellent, check in and out couldn't have been easier, and the place is beautifully done!! - (Mar 2020 - HomeAway)
