Happy Harbor sparkles! Come relax in style in this newly decorated condo at Pirates Bay in Port Aransas! Pirates Bay is one of the newest projects in Port Aransas and offers resort style accommodations with some of the best amenities in town, including two beautiful slope-entry swimming pools, community charcoal BBQ/picnic area and kids playground. Relax in the beautifully landscaped pool area in a lounge chair or under a shaded palapa! Just a 5 minute drive and you'll be on the sunny Gulf Coast beaches where you can fish off the jetty, swim, or just relax on the powdery sands.

Happy Harbor was completed in November of 2013 and sleeps up to 10. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds (both twin over twin). There is also a charming sleeping alcove off the hallway with twin bunks, and the living room sofa folds out into a high quality queen sleeper. There are three bathrooms, one with a tub, and the master with a double vanity. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and there is ample storage throughout. Linens and towels are provided along with a starter supply of paper products and garbage bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

There are many wonderful places to eat in Port Aransas, but when you want to cook, the Happy Harbor kitchen is well appointed! Enjoy the convenience of a blender, 4-slice bread/bagel toaster, hand mixer, waffle iron, countertop grill, air popcorn maker, coffee maker, French coffee press, and Keurig single-cup coffee brewer. You'll also find plenty of bakeware, pots and pans, serve-ware, food storage and indoor and outdoor tableware. There is seating for 8-9 at the dining room table (five chairs and a bench) and an additional 4 at the counter. Brand new stainless-steel appliances, glass tile backsplash and quartz countertops, too!

This property has everything! Enjoy the free wireless internet, satellite TV for the living room and all three bedrooms, a DVD player and an Xbox 360 game system with games. You'll also find a generous supply of books, DVDs and games in the unit. There is a full-size washer and dryer and a covered, outdoor patio area with cooling fans and a convenient shower. The condo is air-conditioned.

Please note that for safety reasons and your protection, we regret that we do not store any food products in the unit. Plan to bring food staples including spices, sugar, salt/pepper, etc. with you.

This property comes with 2 assigned parking spaces in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times.

Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

We welcome Winter Texans! This property is available from November through February at $1,800 per month.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Our stay at the Happy Harbor was great. The check in process was easy, the house was clean and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. They have plenty of beds that are very comfortable. The house is in a small, quite and quaint community. Great for families. Cleanest property we have ever booked!

From the moment we opened the gate to the property we fell in love! It was private even tho it was in a community! So so clean! Seemed like we were the very first guest to ever stay! Perfect place

We could not have picked a more perfect place for our group of 8. Room with bunk beds was a little small, but it was for sleeping and that was it so it didn't bother us at all. Beautiful and Comfortable

Happy Little Cottage

We had a lovely time at Happy Harbor. The pool was nice. The cottage itself is very lovely. It's a great layout for a group. We each had our own space for chill time. Nice clean property

Great stay. Short drive to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool afterwards. Only complaints were lack of curtains in the bedrooms.way to bright to sleep in. Plenty of space by the beach

We were looking for a spot for us and one other family, but closer to the date -another family joined us. At first we thought it would be too crowded but the space was big enough for six adults and our six kids (all under 8yrs old). The bunk beds were amazing because they had their own space and the bunks in the hallway had a privacy curtain. We took turns cooking meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was big enough for the adults to sit and chat at the table while the kids sat on the couches watching tv. Every family had their own full bathroom and there was a shower outside to rinse off dirt before heading to the pool. Really it was the perfect place for our stay.
