This cute two bedroom, two bath condo at Mustang Island Beach Club offers a great community pool and a large private balcony for enjoying the wonderful Port A weather.

Unit is located on the third floor and will sleep up to 7. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and sleeper sofa and large chair that converts into a twin bed in the living room. The spacious kitchen, which is also connected to the living area, is well stocked with basic essentials to cook up your catch for the family with ease.

Enjoy the best of both North Padre Island and Port Aransas with this recently remodeled condo at Mustang Island Beach Club! Located about halfway down Highway 361 between North Padre and Port A, this condo offers convenient access to either popular area while escaping the hustle and bustle of both.

Community amenities include a gorgeous swimming pool area that is heated in the cooler months, a hot tub and a boardwalk to the beach!

Wireless internet service and cable is provided for the living room TV. The TVs in the bedrooms are smart TVs only with no cable service. The unit has a stackable washer and dryer as well. This unit is pet friendly so feel free to bring your furry friend (restrictions on the number and size of pets).

This property comes with 1 assigned parking space in the first floor parking garage. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however this is first come, first served and can be limited during peak times. Although the boardwalk to the beach requires a bit of a hike, the path leading to the beach walkover is vehicle accessible. Guests are able to drive and drop off group members at the boardwalk and there is even a small area to park a few vehicles at the walkover.

Winter Texans - this property is available from November through February at $1650 per month. Book now for the winter time!

Relaxing ?? great location

Hurricane Hanna couldn't stop our fun!!

We came the day after the hurricane Hanna. Our power was out a few hours but no issues really. The boardwalk was washed away but we had a fabulous stay. The property group did there best and that's all we can ask for!! - (Jul 2020 - HomeAway)
