This amazing home nestled in the quaint, beachside La Playa subdivision features an open floorplan with wonderful high ceilings in the living area, great views of the Gulf of Mexico and easy access to the beach and the shopping, restaurants and nightlife of Port Aransas! Recently renovated in the Spring of 2016, this home features new furnishings, new flooring and fresh paint.

Have a large group? This home will sleep 12 comfortably in beds.

This home has 3 bedrooms on the first level, all with access to the back deck. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two queen beds and the master suite has a king bed. The private upstairs loft is used as the fourth bedroom and has two sets of full over full bunk beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom.

If you are looking for entertainment options, the great room has a pool table. The living area and all of the bedrooms offer flat screen TVs, with the living room, master bed and loft bedroom offering DirecTV satellite television. The home also features wireless internet access.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar , coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are an open-style concept, perfect for entertaining and there is a private washer and dryer.

This home offers 1000+ square foot of deck space showcasing panoramic views of the gulf! There is a large open deck and screened patio on the second level and a covered patio area on the first level.

The home also has a charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Easy access to the beach via the community beachwalk.

Winter Texans - this property is available from January through February at $2950 per month!

Please note: The garage in this home is locked and reserved exclusively for owner use. This home can accommodate parking for up to 5 cars. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Perfect house for family vacation

Cold but Cool

Great property for a large family or multi-family stay

Our family had a great time and loved this house. We had 15 people (8 kids) and were totally comfortable and never felt crowded. It is also located in a private neighborhood, so despite it being the height of tourism in Port A, it was actually quiet with no traffic. Great space to have a family get together

The home was wonderfully set up with everything we needed and the floorplan was so convenient to enjoy each other's company. It was such a short walk to the beach as well as having the shower outside to clean off before coming it that it couldn't have been more convenient.
