Our Little Cayman at Costa Del Ray Condominiums is the perfect Port A retreat for your next vacation. Ideally located on popular 11th street, guests can walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach via nearby beach access road Sandcastle Drive.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has been completely renovated and is ready to host your group in comfort. The open, combined living and dining area allow for easy entertaining where everyone can hang out and enjoy time together while catching the game on the flat screen TV. The dining table has seating for 4 with additional seating along the kitchen breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen, which is also connected to the living area, is well stocked with basic essentials to cook up your catch for the family with ease.

Catch some z's in the two light and airy bedrooms each with a queen size bed and beautiful coastal decor. Both bedrooms have mounted flat screen tvs and their own connecting bathroom with gorgeous tiled walk in showers. Do laundry at your convenience with the new stackable washer dryer also located in the home. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this property can sleep up to 6 comfortably.

Outside you can relax on the front porch and take in an afternoon sunset. There is also a great community pool for all to enjoy. Wireless internet service is provided.

There are two assigned numbered parking spaces that are numbered in front of the unit. There is some overflow parking in the complex, however it can be very limited during peak times.

Winter Texans - this property is available from January through March at $1500 per month!

Great getaway weekend

This was a great property to visit for Labor Day Weekend. The pictures are very accurate as to the set up of the bedrooms and kitchen. We loved the walk in showers. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked even though we brought most of our own things. The pool was smaller than I thought it was going to be, but it was never really crowded so that wasn't an issue. I liked the small touches like chairs and a table on the porch so we could leave our wet things outside and the hose with the spray nozzle to rinse the sand off everything. I had one small problem with my bathroom sink not draining properly but they came and fixed it very quickly. I would visit here again. - (Sep 2020 - HomeAway)

Perfect Vacay Condo

Perfect Condo for our family vacation of two adults, two teenagers and a younger sibling. Location was great, clean & friendly neighborhood. Super short drive to the beach and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach (our teens really liked this option too). Condo was cozy but had plenty of room for comfort. Our youngest slept on the sleeper sofa which was super big and comfy. Housekeeping did an awesome job, the place was spotless. We really enjoyed all the beautiful upgrades in this home.
