Trojan Paradise is a spacious 4 BR 2 BA, two story home with a gorgeous PRIVATE pool. Conveniently located in Old Town Port Aransas and within walking distance to many local shops and restaurants as well as to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. Rent a golf cart from a nearby vendor and enjoy a fun filled cruise from your house around town and to and from the beach. Kick back on the upstairs balcony where you can hear ocean waves while you have your cup of coffee in the morning!

The first floor of this home includes a bonus living room that allows for comfortable relaxation while enjoying the 65 inch flat screen Roku tv. You will also find an awesome bunk room with flat screen tv that has two twin over full bunk beds which is not only great for the kiddos, but the double beds on the bottom are functional for couples as well. The other bedroom on this floor has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom on this level with a walk-in tile shower.

Upstairs you will find the main living room with 65 inch flat screen Roku tv. The well stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large island for additional dining seating. On this level you will find the master bedroom with queen size bed. The guest room on this level also hosts a queen size bed and there is a shared bath with a shower tub combo.

Outdoors you will find a large, beautiful back yard that is enclosed and the perfect place to come home to after a day at the beach. Grill your catch while you watch the kiddos have a blast in the in-ground pool.

Washer dryer available. Complimentary wifi. Parking for 4 vehicles on the property comfortably.

Boat parking allowed as long as the boat fits in the designated driveway. Check with the management company first to make sure your boat will fit.

Winter Texans - This property is available at a monthly rate January and February at $1900/month!

Great Stay!

This location is AMAZING!! House was great, you can walk to get a golf cart and the beach is so close as well! The communicate so well and fast! Neighbors were so nice and great to talk to! -you do need to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper depending on how long you are staying. -There is one small bar of soap at each sink and two rolls of TP for each bathroom. You also only get one towel per bed. Unless it's a Queen then you get 2. -Thankfully we brought our own pool towels, those were not provided either. -No spices, oils, foil, etc in kitchen if you plan on cooking bring your own. There are TONS of pots pans, and bowls though! -bring your own coffee filters and coffee for the coffee maker! Home is beautiful and clean. pool was also very clean! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen carried all items you would need. Pricing is affordable. All in all a wonderful place to vacation. Great Home Away from Home!

We had a large group that needed a place to stay for a wedding on Saturday. There was plenty of space for all of us. I wished it would have been warmer...the pool would have been used more. We were able to have our family come for Thanksgiving Dinner too. All was pleasant and would recommend it again. Great vacation property

By far one of the best vacation properties on the island. Had plenty of room for an all adult party of 7. Very clean with nice decor. Beds were comfortable. Can't wait to return. Awesome family vacation!!!

Renting the this property for our family vacation was way beyond my expectations!! The private pool was fantastic and during our stay the pool guy even came to service the pool! Even though the beach a was short walk you could sit on the deck and hear the waves and smell the salt air! My favorite morning spot for coffee. Amazing

We went with a group of friends and had an amazing stay at this property. The split level was awesome that we weren't on top of each other. The pool was great for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Everything was clean. And we were so close to everything. We rented a cart and were able to get to beach and shopping in 5 minutes.
