This brand new home was just completed in April of 2016 and features 5 bedrooms plus a bonus/office room to accommodate even the largest groups in style. This home includes custom tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful woodwork using reclaimed barnwood for a unique coastal look!

Located in the beach-side neighborhood of Royal Sands, this community provides two swimming pools, one for families and one for adults only. Royal Sands also has a boardwalk through the dunes to the beach!

As you enter this home, you will be amazed at how open and beautifully decorated the space is. With a large open great room there is plenty of room for large groups to be able to hang out together in the common areas. Reclining couches and a recliner chair ensure that you can relax in comfort! Once you step in this home, you will be certain you have picked the perfect place!

Aquaholics Anoymous has one bedroom downstairs with a king bed and its own bathroom. The office is also downstairs with a desk, comfortable couch (also a sleeper sofa) and a flat screen TV. The other four bedrooms are upstairs. There is a master with en suite and private balcony. It includes a king and twin day bed which is perfect for couples with a little one. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one of those rooms has a private balcony. The final bedroom is a perfect place for the kids. It has 3 twin beds and a flat screen tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, double oven, microwave, island breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are a great room open-style concept, perfect for entertaining. There is a large dining area with seating for 8, plus a breakfast nook off the kitchen to seat an additional 4.

The living room and office come equipped with a flat screen television with satellite TV service. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer and wireless internet service

The outside space includes two private decks, a covered front porch, covered back patio with grass yard, outdoor shower, and plenty of parking!

Please note: The garage is reserved exclusively for owner use. The driveway can accommodate up to 5 standard sized vehicles. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. Street parking is not allowed.

Great Family Beach Retreat

In great neighborhood, near the beach. Rented golf cart and were able to drive out to our area on the beach. We cooked all our meals there. Had all we needed as far as cookware, plates, glasses. The home is spacious and well designed. The decor is beautiful.

The location is great. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Only negative for us was due to COVID, golf carts were not allowed so carting umbrellas, chairs, coolers was tough. Perfect location for family reunion!

This was the perfect house for our extended family vacation! The property was exactly as described and gave us everything we needed for our beach holiday. We did end up renting a golf cart and that was key to enjoying the beach with our family from 18 months old to 73 years old. It was very kid-friendly with kid plates, cutlery, one high chair, and a pack n play. (We did not know about the pack n play and brought two of our own.) We brought our own shade tent and umbrellas, though the wind was so high one day it destroyed the umbrellas. The house itself is gorgeous, with beautiful finishes and super comfortable beds. Love it

Loved the house, the location, and our time there. This neighborhood is always where we stay. The beach isn't as crowded this far down and the water is a short walk away. We considered renting a golf cart because we had so many kids, but opted against it. One truck hauling the toys and shades to the beach and a wagon for the littlest kids to ride in was all we needed. It's about a 6 minute walk. The neighborhood pool is practically across the street, which is also a plus. The house was great, but we didn't spend very much time there. Family beach trip

House worked great for our multigenerational group of 10. Pool is right across the street. The closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys and cart were great. Kitchen well stocked but be sure to take extra paper products as very little available. It is about a 3 block walk to the boardwalk. Great house for a large group. Everything we needed!

Clean, large, comfortable home!

We have stayed in several beach houses on Port Aransas and this was by far our favorite! It was so clean, well-decorated and spacious (5 bedrooms plus a bonus room!!). The kitchen was stocked with so much stuff- ten times the amount of other homes we have stayed in! The only negatives to this home... the balconies are off bedrooms and it does not have a large porch/outdoor area that is accessible to every one. The backyard was swarming with mosquitoes so bad we couldn't even utilize that space unfortunately. Also the walk to the beach is pretty far... would definitely recommend renting a golf cart! Great house!

Our family loved this house. We have stayed in the Royal Sands neighborhood for about 10 years. This house is by far our favorite. Roomy enough for kids and grandkids without feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked great!
