• Our website allows guests to make reservations online, which means more ease of use for our guests and higher occupancy for our owners. • We have contracted with an experienced, professional cleaning company to handle laundry, cleaning and inspection of your property. Our goal is to keep your property in excellent condition and protect your investment. • We charge the cleaning fee to the guest, which means more money in your pocket. • We help manage every step of the rental process for you, including payment of state & local hotel/motel taxes as well as arranging any repairs that may be needed (at cost, we never mark up repairs performed by one of our subcontractors). • We answer the phone 7 days a week and have extended hours during the peak summer season. We know the importance of being available and following up quickly on any lead. |
